Heyyy. I have a question about GitHub Sponsors. I received my first sponsor on December 13, 2024, and got my first payout that same day. The following month, the payout also came on the 13th. However, this month, the payout hasn't arrived on the expected date. Is this normal?

I got my payout in my local bank account today, but this month's payout wasn’t part of it. My sponsor is still sponsoring me, so I’m not sure why I didn’t get it.

Additionally, I didn’t receive the full amount of my first sponsorship—only about 77.4% of it. I initially assumed this was a one-time processing fee, but I don’t see any notation of such a fee or charge on Stripe Connect.

Hi. Support helped me so I'm closing this issue. If you're dealing with something like this then:

• Payout delay
  However, this month, the payout hasn't arrived on the expected date. Is this normal? ... but this month's payout wasn’t part of it. My sponsor is still sponsoring me, so I’m not sure why I didn’t get it.
  My sponsor’s payment for February failed, and the sponsorship was eventually canceled, but this wasn’t reflected on my dashboard right away.

• Partial Payment
  I didn’t receive the full amount of my first sponsorship—only about 77.4% of it.
  This happened because my sponsor started their sponsorship in the middle of their existing billing cycle. Their first payment was prorated to cover the days from December 13th to January 5th.
