The current documentation lacks comprehensive coverage of various techniques and tools used for intercepting and analyzing network traffic from mobile apps. This makes the content be less actionable.

The changes in this pull request aim to:

  1. Provide detailed guidelines on intercepting network traffic using multiple techniques and tools.
  2. Clarify existing content to enhance readability and understanding.
  3. Update references and links to ensure they point to the correct MASTG techniques.
  4. Improve the overall structure to facilitate easier navigation and comprehension.

The modifications include detailed instructions for using interception proxies, passive sniffing tools, and ARP spoofing techniques, along with platform-specific guidance for Android and iOS.
