FYI, I successfully compiledthe latest MuJoCo 3.2.4 with Emcripten in a reproduceable way using Bash scripts. I created updated patch files following your instructions and added my own e.g. to avoid fetching libccd and use the patched version instead.

I don't know if it works, I only built it. I need to dig deeper in your additional files to make it run, but I hope this helps.
