Cannot Submit Images to Verify

Hi everyone,

Im trying to renew my JetBrains license which now requires a Github education pack. I have tried a few times with my school and personal emails. But when I submit an image for an application that gets rejected, I can no longer submit that picture again as proof. So I can't even apply anymore because I didn't have my email verified. I don't have any other forms to submit and am at a loss on how to continue. Is there any way to get somebody to manually verify, because I spent well over an hour trying to get this application.
