Speed not accelerating to above 220kts when flaps automatically retracts from 1+F to 1

Describe the bug

Speed on managed mode, retract flaps after takeoff, after automatic flap retraction from 1+F to 1, the speed remains at 220kts unless you pull the speed and set it higher.

Expected behavior

Aircraft should continue accelerating beyond 220kts.

Steps to reproduce

Takeoff as usual and let flaps automatically retract from 1+F to 1, observe your speed in managed mode.
